Dissemination of program results will be accomplished through two main avenues: through the Web site and through presentations at education conferences. First, we plan to customize the GlobalHeartbeat web site through pages that highlight GlobalHeartbeat activities, data collection results, and other information about the program. The Web site would serve as an online portfolio that documents through various multimedia methods, e.g. online videos, the activities and products of the program. http://www.coexploration.org/globalheartbeat Presentations will be given at local and national meetings of appropriate organizations such as the National Marine Educators Association, the National Science Teachers Association, National Education Computing Conference and the American Geophysical Union. Publication in science education journals is also a potential source for publicizing the program. Other ideas are welcome! |
