About the Conversation

This gathering was an initial conversation, designed as an open, participatory event where we collectively set the stage for a possible series focused on the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Ocean Science and Education. Together, we identified key questions, opportunities, and challenges for the emerging integration of these disciplines. We invite your ideas for topics and formats for a series of conversations and deeper exploration throughout the year.

Whether you are a student, educator, scientist, policy expert, or business leader, your voice and perspective are vital. We aim to ensure that this potential series reflects the breadth and diversity of the ocean community, and that everyone has a seat at the table as we chart new territory in AI and ocean literacy.
