Graduate Credits

We are are able to offer One Unit of Graduate credit in biology is available through California State University at Fullerton.  Details on this will be discussed on first two days of class (Feb 7, 8-online in the course). We need at least 8 students to sign up.

In order to qualify for graduate credit you must complete a minimum of 15 hours of participatory time associated with this course, as well as complete a project.

Suggested breakdown of how participatory time will be spent on a weekly basis during the course (rough estimates):

-"Listen" to presentations, ask questions, dialogue with other participants: 1 to 1.5 hours
-Explore web links: 1 to 2 hours
-Respond to a weekly question: 1 hour

In addition, you will be required to develop something for your own class based on the course material. This is due by the last week of December.

Here’s an example of what a 6th grade social studies teacher has done following this course.

Details about how to comply with these requirements as well as how to pay Cal. St. Fullerton for the credits will be available on the course web site for registrants.
